New Confidential Job Search Site Connects Recruiters and Job Seekers at ExactJobMatch.com

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 18, 2011

ExactJobMatch.com today introduced a free service that confidentially connects job seekers with recruiters through a proprietary matching algorithm. Unlike traditional job boards, ExactJobMatch.com keeps member identities hidden from recruiters, only releasing details once a candidate has reviewed an opportunity and approved the connection. More than 200 recruiting firms are participating in the project at launch, and the site is actively recruiting new members.

Until now, professionals had few efficient ways to search for a new job without the risks of revealing their search to their employers, or maintaining online privacy while unemployed, said Mike Springer, President of ExactJobMatch. ExactJobMatch enables professionals to look for jobs without risking the one they have. Recruiters, in turn, find hidden job candidates who arent active on social networks or job boards. Its a win-win.

Professionals starting a confidential job search use a system of check boxes to build a personal profile around qualities that recruiters find essential to their searches. Professionals then enter their career goals such as making more money, receiving equity or moving to another city. Recruiters search on these qualities and ExactJobMatch.coms proprietary matching technology cross-references the recruiters search with the professionals career goals yielding mutually beneficial connections. Recruiters then email potential candidates about positions, while ExactJobMatch.com keeps member identities hidden. Only when professionals are interested in a position do they release their full profile and contact information to the recruiter.

ExactJobMatch is really exciting and long overdue, said Stephanie Spatz, Principal of Spatz Staffing and Recruiting. Ive been a recruiter for more than 10 years and have long been frustrated with the existing set of tools out there. ExactJobMatch finds me better caliber professionals for my searches in a fraction of the time it takes using other tools. It provides access to people a recruiter would otherwise never find. I find highly-qualified candidate leads with my searches, enabling me to avoid 80 percent to 90 percent of my usual cold calling. And, when I do reach out to candidates, they respond much faster than with other systems. Its like a confidential online matchmaker between recruiters and professionals. Its simple, effective, and has tremendous potential.

We have a better, more direct approach than traditional job boards and social networks, added Springer. By focusing on what matters most to recruiters, and cross-referencing recruiter searches with our members professional goals, we enable professionals to be found by more recruiters for more and better job opportunities than any other system in the market. Because we offer complete privacy to our professional members, coupled with our proprietary matching system for a confidential job search, recruiters get access to top-quality hidden candidates with less work and less waiting.

Learn to Control Your Brainwaves - with New Brainwave Entrainment Site

London (PRWEB) August 22, 2011

"Special sounds can influence your brainwave patterns, and change the way you feel" - that's the claim of Brainwave College, a new website launched today, which helps to teach web users about the science of 'brainwave entrainment.'

Brainwave entrainment is the process of using specialized sounds to influence brainwave patterns, to help change the way a person feels. Individuals can use certain types of audio to help you become more focused, to relax more, or to help fall asleep.

Today marks the launch of Brainwave College, a non-profit website dedicated to teaching the science behind brainwave entrainment to regular users.

"Brainwave entrainment is an amazing area of science," commented site manager Justin Hammond at the launch. "Most people don't realize that they can change their state of mind, just by slipping on a pair of headphones. But you can!"

The new site explains precisely what brainwaves are, why they're important, what 'brainwave entrainment' is, and how individuals can use it to positively influence their lives. It includes text, imagery, and supporting videos.

"This isn't new, or simply a passing fad," added Hammond. "The science of brainwave entrainment has been around for over 150 years, and research in the past half-century has been outstanding. Today, with modern technology, individuals can use powerful MP3 audio sessions to change how they feel - all just by hitting play on their iPod!"

Over the past 50 years, brainwave entrainment has been used for reducing chronic pain, minimizing ADD symptoms, increasing IQ levels and lessening the need for anesthetic during operations.

Home users typically use the technology to help promote relaxation, enhance creativity, improve thinking speed, release stress, and encourage sleep. In addition to being an educational resource, the Brainwave College website also offers two downloadable MP3 samples of brainwave entrainment sessions.

"Brainwave entrainment is experiential," concluded Hammond. "You really have to try it out for yourself to understand how powerful it really is. The site offers free sample sessions so you can do just that."

The Brainwave College website launched today, and can be found online at http://www.brainwavecollege.com. All content on the site is free.

The site was sponsored by Inspire3, the producers of leading brainwave meditation program, the Brain Evolution System, and the Brain Salon.

Has AdSense Lost its Appeal to Many Web Site Owners?

Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) June 1, 2006

Biz Guru Services, based in the UK and the USA, and always at the forefront of internet marketing, believes that making money from AdSense may be tougher than the hype allows for. Biz Guru, has a number of web sites including http://www.Clikks.com where it sells quality informational products and http://www.bizguru.us its consultancy web site.

There is not doubt that the AdSense business model is innovative and profitable both to Google and to some high earning web site gurus. Unfortunately, for every person making $ 1,000s a month there are many, many others making just a few $ s a month.

The high paying keywords are fiercely fought over by both bidders and advertisers. Thats a fierce arena for someone with little experience and little traffic to their site. So the inexperienced should forget about throwing up a meso or credit web site and then sitting back and banking their new found fortune. That is probably not going to happen.

One of the key problems with setting up your AdSense empire is that in order to make a decent income from the lesser paying keywords, which often can be as low as 5c per click, a web site owner has to look at volume- either masses of potentially paying traffic to a small group of web sites or lesser traffic to a large number of web sites, with multiple pages.

As any seasoned internet marketer will tell you, traffic is expensive and time consuming to produce so many new comers seek the multiple web sites route. That is until they work out that 100 domains alone can cost $ 1,000 per day, with a struggle to find appropriate ones still available, and that hosting these 100 massive web sites requires them to lease a large server to hold them all.

The second problem is that Googles Terms of Service, forbid highlighting the adverts or encouraging visitors to click on the ads. So your ads just sit there hoping to earn money for the web site owner.

So at Biz Guru Services, we looked around for an alternative to offer their customers and found a great product called ClickAdsProLite. It retails at just under $ 40 and offers many options that Google AdSense does not.

ClickAdsProLite lets a web site owner provide contextual adverts on their web site derived from the 1,000s of high commission paying products in ClickBank. The beauty is that they can merge these ads into their web site, draw attention to them, encourage people to click on them and add graphics to them. Better than that, although they dont get paid when someone clicks on the ads, their Clickbank name is added to the link, so if someone buys from the powerful sales page they send them to, they make a very large commission up to about $ 75 from some sites?

There is no doubt that AdSense is a great system, that works well for many people. Indeed Biz Guru still offers AdSense based products from their web sites, but they feel that they should offer alternatives to their customers who dont want to build empires, just earn a decent amount of cash from their web sites.
